We had studio with a separate bathroom. The staff was supper friendly and amicable in managing every request. The location was amazing and beautiful, very close to the beach, in the amazing area;))

The room I booked was beautifully presented with a balcony. All necessary amenities were provided, including an electric kettle and a microwave oven. - the hotel had central heating, which was great. - the location, though remote, offered a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.

Overall it was a special stay for 2 nights. Location: the hotel was really close to short walking distance from a hiking track and hill and the coast. It also was by native forest.

Some people working there were busy.

we enjoyed staying here, the place met requirements. the staff, everyone, was superfriendly and really good. the room was modern & airy with a comfortable bed, shower, for example. had beautiful and wonderful location in the bay area.

The room was brand-new and spotless included television, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Pleased it had a bathtub. The position of the hotel was lovely, on the lovely beach nearby

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the Bay of Plenty! The location was perfect, nestled in the pohutukawa trees and just a stone's throw away from the stunning beach. The attention to detail was top-notch, with small comforts like fresh milk and a jar of freshly ground coffee in the room. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and well-equipped, complete with a kitchen and a terrace. The views from certain corners of the room were simply breathtaking, allowing me to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast options were also delicious and satisfying, starting my day off on a high note.

Lovely New Years Eve weekend. I appreciate the two free drinks and free snacks offered by the hotel. the beach nearby was great for a New Year's splash and the hiking trail was a fun activity. Best aspect was being able to see the sunset over the ocean from the hotel.

The rooms were not up to par. the bathroom situation was inconvenient because we had to use a detached one.

The studio was bright, clean, and well-organized. The bed was extra comfy and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the location that allowed us to fully relax during our city break.

The room was quite warm and there was no option to replace the duvet with an extra blanket. The shower area was a bit tricky to access, which may not be ideal for older guests.

The accommodation is in the most beautiful location, with lush green gardens and stunning views of the ocean. the beach is just across the road, and the sound of the waves creates a calming atmosphere. the rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities, and the service is exceptional.

The parking can be a bit tricky for larger vehicles, and there are limited dining options nearby.
